Katrina's Costume Design

Katrina grew up watching her mom be creative - sewing all of her costumes as a kid and she wanted NOTHING to do with it. But low and behold, while studying Theatre in college, she found that she absolutely LOVED designing. Over the years, she has created thousands of costumes for skaters of all ages and levels - from tiny tots to international competitors to great Grandma's and all those in between! Her designs have been worn on TV, Ice Shows, and national and international competitions. She often gets requests from all over the globe!

Each year, she costumes the the Holiday and Competition Teams for Las Vegas Ice Theatre (typically about 100 costumes for the season!) and accepts a few custom orders/requests. Her custom dresses are made from scratch - she sketches the design, drafts each pattern piece from the skater's measurements, sews, and blings each stunning piece - bringing the vision from sketch to life!
